What station am i receiving ?
I get a continuous transmission I receive on 30.629mhz pretty strong signal its pretty distorted but its befo on the fm mode possibly wide fm which my radio doesn't do to receive It better it sounds like a u.k news service a lot of politics etc

Compare it with a normal FM radio, most likely you will find its radio4 or similar, and it will be an image from internal mixing.

If you are using an SDR, it becomes obvious if you change frequency, as the image moves in the wrong direction :-O
