Weird buzzing, bleeping and clicking on 5.640Mhz

Picking up weird buzzing, bleeping and clicking on this frequency. It's either a strange signalling codex or it's command codexing from my washing machine being picked up!

It had stopped well before the washing machine had done a full cycle. It may well have been something very close by emitting some electromagnetic signal, but it sounded a bit like the buzzer station having a buzz impediment and a cheap'n'nasty single note roger bleep bleeping irregularly with clicks thrown in for good measure.
