Test transmission 119.65

I'm getting some test transmissions on 119.65, weak signal here in Birmingham.

This freq is also used by Aberporth Range, seems a bit too close to that for comfort, I wonder if that has changed?

Anyone getting a strong signal?

That was east midland air port some time ago now and I am talking years may be 10+.

But I think it is other at another airport or airfield to but unsure where

An update on my post above had a listen on and off, had heard any thing on it. So I do not think it would be EMA

There were some brief transmissions the next day, but nothing heard since.
