RTL2832U antenna upgrade advice
Can anyone recommend a what I can do to upgrade the antenna? I understand I need an MCX to BNC cable, would my telescopic handheld scanner antenna be suitable?

Re: RTL2832U antenna upgrade advice
id say a decent co-linear or a wide band mag mount depends on what your looking to listen too? but for a wide range scanning go with a wide band as these generally go from 25khz too 1.3 GHZ

Thanks guys. For now I have just ordered a MCX to BNC cable, I will use my handheld scanner antenna, must be better than the one that came with the dongle!
