Input the frequencies with a computer. It's much easier than fiddling about by hand.
All the UK repeaters use CCTSS to open them. Each repeater has a different CCTSS frequency.
All the frequencies can be obtained from many online sites.

LOL, presumably that is the plan or the file won't be a whole lot of use... 
As clayhead mentions, it will take you no time to copy and paste them all in by hand.
