I've been looking for a Superstar 2800 for a long time and my automatic ebay search hasn't ever found one.

must say i like the look of that

I dont wish to sound mean but I have had one or two of those in the past and they are a terrible radio, Very bad build quality and awful performance.

I recently picked up a clean unmolested PB010AA Superstar 360FM and all i did was add the +10kc and beep switch, Came with all the original bits except box, Only used it once.

Actually , it's Tim "Otter" that wants it To be honest I didn't buy it for it's build quality . Just thought it would look nice with the 2400 that I bought the week before . Saying that , it still hasn't arrived yet anyway . Stuck on a boat somewhere between Mallorca and Alicante .

There are 2 360s . The old 1979 one , and a later mid 90s made one . Is the first control on the left a VOL/SQUELCH or MIC GAIN ?

5 pin is the 79 version . 3 bands . 40 FCC and 2 10m bands . There's loads of info on in out there . What do you want to know ?
