i have a dead 1740 that i keep looking at everytime i open the drawer its not a looker and it came awith a small bag of bits removed {bnghd}
on air,tyne&wear,northumberland,durham,holy island,eu120+eu124 and anywhere from gateshead/north wales
scrap uk 40 give cbers L/M/Hcalling on 27.355/555 usb qsy 27.015 lsb/410 usb cb radio is for life not just for profits
i do cb radio not 11mtres,countrys worked 2015 with imax 2000 72

I dont wish to sound mean but I have had one or two of those in the past and they are a terrible radio, Very bad build quality and awful performance.

I recently picked up a clean unmolested PB010AA Superstar 360FM and all i did was add the +10kc and beep switch, Came with all the original bits except box, Only used it once.

There ya go sammyboy, What ya gonna do now ? My advise would be get nick to delete the above and punt it to admiral ;)

Actually , it's Tim "Otter" that wants it :) To be honest I didn't buy it for it's build quality . Just thought it would look nice with the 2400 that I bought the week before . Saying that , it still hasn't arrived yet anyway . Stuck on a boat somewhere between Mallorca and Alicante .

I noticed the 360 is different from mine, I'm looking for info on the 360 not the 360FM, can anyone help or give me a link

There are 2 360s . The old 1979 one , and a later mid 90s made one . Is the first control on the left a VOL/SQUELCH or MIC GAIN ?

Think I've got the 1979 version mine has a 5 pin mike socket I need help to find info on it, looking for some links on the net

5 pin is the 79 version . 3 bands . 40 FCC and 2 10m bands . There's loads of info on in out there . What do you want to know ?
