OK for anyone that wants it here is the Daily Call Log. Again it is in a zip file and in Word 2010 DOC format. Just change the details at the bottom with your own or you can remove them totally if you don't need them

Just updated the UHF BAND ALLOCATION.zip as I had missed out some of the MHz wording on the list
