166.5000MHz Hit on close call-Halifax

Greetings,
I was passing through Halifax in the King Cross area heading to Hebden Bridge when i had a hit on 166.5
I couldnt stop to investigate. Ofcom and my own database draw a blank on this channel. Anyone have any info on this, which may be either a new taxi firm or whatever ?????
