UBC3500XLT Files bctools

looking for .bct files for bctools mainly for East Yorkshire, Humberside but national will do as well,

Hi all, won this today on ebay.
I was debating whether to bid on this or go for the 125xlt (I already own the 75xlt)
A new 125xlt would have been £100 more or less but limited to 500 channels (10x50 split) and having used the 75xlt would have been a doddle to use.
So with a possible 2500 channels I opted for the 3500. And won it at £139, with a cable, arc3500, few books and a Moonraker MRW210 Antenna. Already had the books so will put them back up on the bay.
Now after reading about it and looking at the bcTools software i'm not sure I've done the right thing. I've not used bctools before but was hoping to just copy and paste my extensive collection of frequencies gathered over the years, straight into it. I hope arc3500 allows me to do this.
What I would like to ask, is does anyone around the Hull - Goole area of East Yorkshire have a bctools file they wouldn't mind sharing with me to let me get the hang of how the filing system works.

I have looked through the posts and realize that this is gonna be a big learning curve but a worthwhile one I hope.
How hard can it be I've had the mighty ar8200 and a djx3 ?
