Amount of CB radio user's worldwide in 2019

I would like to know if anyone has any information for the estimated amount of CB radio user's worldwide in 2019.

When I looked into this topic I came across CB RADIO MARKET 2019 Global IndustryAnalysis,Size,Share,Growth = they are not talking about a slump only growth.

Or is it just a load of marketing hype ?

Might hear another 15 - 20 mile omni with the Imax compared to your A-99 ........so maybe another few

Last local that swapped his new 99 for a new Imax (same height ) could hear 3/4 s points better.

The voices at the back of the box in "the static" could NOW be heard clear enough,and others could hear him that couldn't before about 30 mile away.

Get an Anyclone with SSB connected to your Imax .......you will hear a lot more.

40w says "others" further away have a better chance of hearing YOU aswell

I don't do sideband...or FM/AM really to be honest lol, but it'd be nice to speak to someone other than myself on my handheld when needing a rig check

Yeah it'd be nice but it could be even nicer,if it was someone hundreds or even thousands of miles away on SSB.

The main thing would be the chance to actually be able to tx/rx further,instead of listening to NOTHING.

An upgrade of your antenna merits an upgrade of your radio aswell,but only if you want to get the most out of the "new" antenna you are going to use collector

I've heard Americans on mid-block a few times, almost up to 30+ at times with the skip, and that's just on FM. Italians and the like can also be heard frequently, but I'm probably only on for about 5 minutes a week.

If I used the thing properly, I'd be more inclined to use a bit of extra power and get the aerial up higher. When my A99 was up in Birmingham, the tip was about 60ft up and there were a fair few people about (so power wasn't needed for local comm's), but that was in the mid-90's.

Well at least its 5 mins a week and not 5 mins on 02/11 each year

Well around here in the southeast of England, Essex I hear a lot. Loads of people in Kent and around London and also loads in Southend.
All on 19 FM but also quite a lot around the 27.555 too, mostly Europ most days.
