Anyone any idea if this is cb and if so what is it please

It’s an Oscar One, made by a company down near my UK base, SMC. They were generally branded OSCAR on the base coil.

I have one very similar to this however its a 5/8th 2m vhf antenna. could be what you have

Is it about 5-6ft or 3-4ft? That might help matters.
If small, it may be 2metre/70cm although I know bugger all about that sort of stuff???
