Cobra 29 LX EU Information

Hi all:

I have a question about the Cobra 29 LX EU or GTL EU radios

Here in Mexico we use regular US Cobra 29 GTL to talk on AM with a Crystal modification on frequencies like 26.545 AM Mode and up

I can not find the exact information for the band plans of these EU radios and wonder if transmit full power on those frequencies too ?
