Hi folks I was a cb'er for many years and after ten year break I have returned once more to see if the revival really is on its way, However I bought a couple of rigs (1 for base, 1 for mobile ) My problem being this, 1 of them is the Omegaforce S45 and I do not fully know how to work it, Is there anyone out there who could supply me with the owners manual, or a copy.
Thanks Tam (Shodi)

Hi Shodi,
Check out the Transmission 1 downloads:

Welcome to the forums. The manual you are looking for is available in our downloads section on the site. Take a look in here http://www.transmission1.co.uk/modules. ... load&sid=1
We've also added some other radio manuals and hope to add more as time goes by. If anyone wants to help then please PM me and I will give you the address to send manuals to.
Hope that helps
Regards
Simon

I use a Solarcon (Antron) A99.
I have the Firetip top and the Groundplane kit for improved distance working. It's been up for over a year now and works very well.
It's very weatherproof and has survived a good few storms at my QTH.
With the Omegaforce it's useable throughout the entire frequency range.
Highly recommended.
The other antenna worth a look at, is the Sirio 827. Another top performer, but not quite so robust in bad weather (in my opinion).
