summerkamp ts2000dx ???? ranger 2950 ????

anyone use a summerkamp ts2000dx or have had one ? been offered one it looks very much like a ranger 2950 can anyone tell me if they are the same inside ? and what they perform like i have had a ranger 2950 and a ranger 2970 they were good radios i was wondering how the sommerkamp compaired to the rangers any thoughts ???
