mic wiring

hi there can anybody help me I have a piezo-dx-357 base mic I would like wired to my cobra 148gtl dx but I seem to have problems wiring it up the colour code wires is red white shield yellow and blue the mike is from the 90s and I think leson made them I would love to get it up and working all I seem to get is the key up only have tried other ways but given up

EDIT - I see yours has a white wire as well. Far as i can tell that goes to common (Shield)
