Has anyone ever used a centre loaded modulator for static mobile? Would be interested to see if anyone has done any comparisons.
Thanks

Re: Centre loaded modulator
I have had one, to be honest I couldn't tell any performance difference between it and the base loaded version.
They do look impressive though.

Re: Centre loaded modulator
Which 3 do you have Andrew? I have only ever seen the original and the 2, but was led to believe there were at least 3 more.

Re: Centre loaded modulator
They also did a black widow which was centre loaded but had a very long coil.
They did a Modulator 2000 base load as well, and a couple of smaller antennae called the Thunderbolt.
I have a Original, but it is a newer original with a shorter coil than the first ones.
