I have the same problem with a president new york but i can also get a PNI extra 45 reasonably priced now, just to use in the UK and swap it for the new york when i go abroad.
I'm really new into this CB business and dont quite understand all of it. If the PNI does not tune into the UK 40, will I have to shorten it or extend it for it to work?
I dont have a SWR meter yet as the president antenna wasnt adjustable anyway so thought i didnt need it.
