"West Country" / "South West region?

Post by Minus1 »

Why are there regional forums for "West Country" and "South West"? Are these not alternative names for the same region?
KEY : = channel/stud | ~ = CTCSS/DCS | ^ = transmitter site | ¯ = overhead | * = trunked

Says who? Maybe offically, but not in the hearts and minds of the Cornish people. Do you know the word Cornwall means? It means horn (as in the sticky out bit into the Atlantic) of the Welsh (Wales), because of similar language and cultural tendences 8)

Isn't that right pmr446man me ansome ;)
