New DMR user in Fife ??
Got a new [to me anyway] DMR user audible in the St Andrews area on 165.075. Nothing in the WTR for this freq. Anyone any ideas. They dont transmit often

In Fife there is a user above and one below this frequency.. Are you sure you are on frequency ?

Yes. I know about the other users above and below - Dunfermline and Methil This isn't them though.
