Glasgow and Forth n Clyde Canal

Post by poacher »

Just bought a Baofeng UV5R and trying to build a database on Chirp. I’m cycling the Forth n Clyde from Glasgow to the Falkirk Wheel next weekend, does anyone have any freqs I can programme in before hand? I'll be stopping off at Kirkintilloch - Kilsyth - Falkirk along the way.
I did a search on TM1 and Google but a lot of the lists are outdated or I cant hear/ access them.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

New to all this so not quite sure what search terms to use at times. I did a search from your info and found a pdf with Inland Marine VHF Freqs. Cheers mate

Cheers for help mate. PMR446 is mental in Glasgow from what I’ve been hearing these past few days  A bit like Ch19 when I was a kid.
