fife freqs ?

Post by gmham »

Fife taxi companies - anyone got a list Dunfermline and surrounding area company freqs ? is it possible to get a complete list off freqs that are on the WTR register but on disk format ie you would just input a town and it would give a list off licences for there ? don't seem to be very good at navigating the wtr website search facility ??!!

lastly - still see so called 2015 freq list discs for sale on ebay etc just how accurate are they and if they are any worth considering ?

Theres a bit of a knack to using the WTR for a geographical location - Otherwise you get swamped with all the national frequencies.

Do a search for a given area on the map, but only select the following licences. You may have to do this twice with a different licence type each time;

Business Radio - Technically Assigned
Maritime Radio - Coastal Station UK

Experiment with a few more of the licence types to see if that yields anything useful. Do not include Business Radio - Simple UK as this will flood you with everyone in the UK that has a Simple UK licence. There are only about 10 channels for that anyway, so you can google them and input them seperately.
