Re: Traffic Wardens
I'm still picking up Nottingham's Parking attendants on 456.8750 MHz I took 166.7875 MHz out my scanner as was getting interference locally to me on it but will pop it back in and see if I get anything.
Worth noting though that there are several users Licensed to use 456.8750 such as Toyota @ Derby, united biscuits @ Ashby, Ikea and British Gypsum. Whether they use it or not I don't know.

Re: Traffic Wardens
They are part of the Community Enforcement Team and so are Community Enforcement Officers (Parking) or C.E.O......Just a change of title to get funding from a different part of council I believe. The ones that deal with day to day Anti social behaviour etc. have Airwave terminals and run as part of the Central beat controlled via central police station I'm lead to believe from asking them. HOWEVER the PARKING side are just that parking....They are still running analogue have no need for an airwave terminal. I am listening now as I type so they are definitely active.radio_ryan wrote:I have not seem on for some time in my part of Notts but they where wareing a tetra radio and also the town Wardens have them to.
