Raf marham frequencies

can anybody please tell me the radio frequencies for raf marham norfolk,also any other air related frequencies,or any frequencies local to wisbech cambs.this would be a great help to my 14 year old disabled son his radios are a target hf3 shortwave radio and a uniden ubc 780 xlt scanner,these help to pass the time as he is house bound much of the time because of his heart problems so please help if you can,
