I have it from good authority that the gritters in Norfolk don't have radios fitted.

the gritters wont use cb radios well i doubt it
when they are close by use a close call feature if you have it on your scanner mainly unidens have these but i doubt you will hear them

Hi,

Norfolk County Council use 85.0875/71.5875 (CTCSS 123.0) for their gritting teams based at Caister. This has sometimes been quite active of a night during the recent icy spell.
